Access & delivery
PULSEGRID PC CLUB mainly sells an on-site service — station access and prepaid passes — so most of what you buy is delivered digitally or used at the venue.
Digital delivery
Book a station or buy a pass and there is nothing physical to ship.
Your confirmation and pass code go to the email you provide, usually within minutes and no later than 24 hours.
Using your purchase
Bring your confirmation (on your phone is fine) to the front desk in Maceió; we match it and get you seated.
Physical items
If we offer merchandise or gift cards, local pickup at the club is free.
Where delivery applies, we ship within Brazil in 3–7 business days by standard courier; any cost is shown at checkout.
